You let us know the roles, volume and timeframes that you need in-house support for and we will identify the best Talent Parter and tools for the assignment. The service is spearheaded by the dedicated Talent Partner and is inclusive of all hiring tools (Linkedin licences, job slots, variety of sourcing platforms etc)
We agree on a maximum requisition load our Talent Partner will carry at any given time and once a role is closed, you can launch another. This is purely so we can offer transparency, have protection on the load our Talent partners are managing and to allocate the correct resources vs work.
A fixed monthly service cost. Our pricing is linked to how many live roles you need us to manage and the target hiring cadence per month. No additional costs unless it’s determined in the sales process that niche sourcing platforms or advertising channels are required.

The milestone based model will give you acceptable check-points to walk away if you feel it's not the right solution, but this is very rare!
