Approach

During our project with TROUVA we supported their recruitment process during their busy scale up period. We designed their hiring process and developed evaluation forms as part of a continuous feedback strategy. With a talent pool of over 1000 candidates we managed to efficiently shortlist the right talent and hire over 50 candidates. During this period of time TROUVA was awarded as UK’s Top 5 Startups and Europe’s 100 Hottest Startups
