During our project with Bricklane we started by designing their careers page and confirmed their interview process and candidate communication to effectively create and build a valuable pipeline of candidates. We designed a hiring journey based on values in order to implement a culture first approach and regularly re-assessed the hiring strategy to make sure it was always being impactful and beneficial.
