Improve the hiring process: 38 Degrees needed to find new ways to attract and shortlist candidates as well as implement a simplified scoring system.

Increase company diversity: 38 Degrees wanted to improve the diversity of their organisation by attracting a broader talent pool.

Approach

During our 6 week project with 38 Degrees we supported their recruitment process for their Campaigns Internship. We designed a new recruitment process and educated them on how to provide a great candidate experience. We rolled out new avenues for advertising and worked on copywriting focused on inclusivity to increase the diversity of applications. As a result, we built a talent pool of over 500 candidates and hired 4 amazing interns.
