The brief

Grow the team sustainably

Ecologi wanted us to help them get to the next phase in scale for the team, going from 15 heads to 50 and beyond.

The process

We were responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle; from application through to the offer stage. Firstly, we got Ecologi set up with a candidate management tool so they could centralise their hiring communications and tracking. Implemented a diversity and inclusion survey for candidates

We helped them set up their first careers site and designed their vacancy packs to support the process.

From there, we helped to build out the hiring process, from journey mapping to message templates, job descriptions and interview questions. We worked with the COO and hiring managers to work out hiring processes that would help identify the best people to work with Ecologi and its culture.

Due to the length of time we have been working with Ecologi, we have not only been working on the internal recruitment process but additional projects as well. 

We got them set up with NPS tracking and set up hiring feedback loops between Hiring Managers and the PeopleTeam to improve processes.

We helped them map out their pre and onboarding journey for candidates as well as the People team in Ecologi. We’ve also uilt out surveys to help them gather feedback on what could be improved for future new joiners.
