Made Tech wanted to hire the right talent, with a culture-first approach, in order to reach significant growth milestones.

Increase talent attraction

Exploring new ways of attracting candidates from untapped sources was also a key aim for Made Tech. We set out to build a broad talent pool of skilled talent Made Tech could leverage to source from for future roles.

The process

We partnered with Made Tech’s talent team to hire across 4 different UK locations – London, Manchester, Bristol and Swansea.

Across that time period we made 100+ hires for Made Tech, across Engineering, Tech, People / HR and Product / Marketing skill sets. Most of the hires we made in Engineering were at Senior / Lead level, giving Made Tech a strong foundation from which to grow and develop their teams as they continue to grow.

With the largest proportion of hires made in London, we helped Made Tech build and sustain strong skill-specific talent pools based on their various geographic needs, meaning their future hiring processes would benefit from ready-made pools of skilled talent; alleviating the need for extensive sourcing and reducing overall time-to-hire. We helped build Made Tech’s talent pools by utilising 8 different sourcing channels to fill their vacancies.
