Pimloc required help building a number of teams around the business from scratch, as well as establishing their employer branding presence.
The process
Pimloc’s priority was the build-out of their Sales & Commercial teams over a four month period.
The secondary mission was to further build out the Pimloc engineering team. Our team sourced more than 1,400 candidates for Pimloc’s roles and made every hire as a result of targeted outreach efforts. In addition, we set Pimloc up with a brand new ATS, enabling them to continue to run hiring processes effectively long after we had offboarded!
