Rapidly grow the team: Tailify wanted to achieve its rapid growth goals sustainably and hire the right talent implementing a culture first hiring process.

Increase talent attraction: Tailify wanted to explore new ways of attracting candidates from untapped sources to build a broader talent pool.

Approach

During our project with Tailify we did an in-depth discovery workshop with their employees to learn about the existing team and get feedback on their recruitment methods. As a result we designed a brand new application process that attracted a wider range of candidates and elevated their talent pool. Thanks to our culture first approach to hiring, we increased talent retention and saved them money on both recruitment and replacement costs.
