The brief

Grow the team sustainably:

Teamtailor wanted to expand their Sales Team in the London office and hire an Office Manager.

The process

During our time with Teamtailor, we spent the first couple weeks really understanding their team culture, as well as their current interview process and how they’ve been conducting recruitment in general thus far.

In week 2 we hit the ground running and started speaking to candidates, leading to 8 offers made in the 2nd month and a total of 15 offers made by the end of the 3 month contract. As well as supporting them with their growth, we also conducted hiring workshops with their hiring team and covered a range of topics from candidate experience to retention strategies.

We helped Teamtailor take their team size in the UK from 33 to 45, whilst their global headcount now tops 240 people with offices in Stockholm, London, Austin and Auckland.
