The Brief

Build an entire talent function: Tech Nation wanted to grow their team and needed an entire talent function to implement a culture first hiring process.

Increase talent attraction: Tech Nation wanted to attract candidates by exploring untapped sources and build a broader and more diverse talent pool.

Approach

During our project with Tech Nation we implemented a whole new recurring process and supported on all hiring and interview management. We rolled out new avenues for advertising to attract a wider range of candidates and elevated their talent pool. We worked on end to end recruiting, from candidates sourcing to reference completion, and trained the team on candidate experience, diversity and inclusion. We also worked on an Entrepreneur Engagement Manager Campaign for Tech Nation’s national hiring campaign which would accelerating the national tech startup scene. As part of it we did a campaign ideation to discover the most sought after talent across the UK, worked on a digital campaign as part of the channel strategy and organised 2 hiring events. As a result we hired 26 amazing candidates and implemented an on-boarding strategy.
