Rapidly grow the team: TROUVA wanted to achieve its rapid growth goals sustainably and hire the right talent implementing a culture first hiring process.

Improve the hiring process: TROUVA needed to find new ways to attract the right talent and shortlist candidates as well as implement a simplified hiring process.

Approach

During our project with TROUVA we supported their recruitment process during their busy scale up period. We designed their hiring process and developed evaluation forms as part of a continuous feedback strategy. With a talent pool of over 1000 candidates we managed to efficiently shortlist the right talent and hire over 50 candidates. During this period of time TROUVA was awarded as UK’s Top 5 Startups and Europe’s 100 Hottest Startups.
